我觉得鱼片好吃是因为，鱼肉比牛排和鸡排更鲜嫩，在铁板上加热之后，完全没有鱼腥味，我所尝到的只有鱼肉的香嫩，而且味道正合适，不需要我再额外加调料。再接着是牛排，可能更我们在其他店里吃的也差不多吧，就是感觉牛排不会很韧，比较容易咀嚼。
